Produite dans le cadre du projet Interreg Rhin Supérieur Atmo-Rhena PLUS, cette carte représente les émissions d’oxydes d’azote par km² tous secteurs confondus sur le territoire du Rhin supérieur en 2021.



La limitation des émissions de polluants atmosphériques est le levier le plus important pour réduire les concentrations de polluants dans l'atmosphère. Les polluants atmosphériques sont des composés gazeux ou des particules qui ont un impact négatif sur la qualité de l'air et nuisent à la santé humaine et à l'environnement. Leurs effets négatifs ne se limitent pas à la zone proche des sources d'émission, mais peuvent se propager dans l'atmosphère sur des centaines de kilomètres, voire parfois à l'échelle mondiale.



Sur cette carte, les émissions d’oxydes d’azote par km² tous secteurs confondus sont plus élevées dans les agglomérations du fait de la densité de circulation, ainsi que dans les communes traversées par d’importants axes tels que les autoroutes ou avec la présence de sites industriels. Une représentation par habitant ne serait pas appropriée avec la présente méthodologie d’inventaire dite « source », puisque les émissions sont générées dans une commune par tout véhicule y transitant.



La carte statique sous format PDF est disponible à l'échelle de mailles de 500m. Les données sont accessibles en opendata uniquement à l'échelle des EPCI, Kreis et Cantons.

Produced as part of the Interreg Upper Rhine Atmo-Rhena PLUS project, this map shows nitrogen oxide emissions per km² across all sectors in the Upper Rhine region in 2021.



Limiting air pollutant emissions is the most important lever for reducing pollutant concentrations in the atmosphere. Air pollutants are gaseous compounds or particles that have a negative impact on air quality and harm human health and the environment. Their negative effects are not limited to the area close to the emission sources, but can spread in the atmosphere over hundreds of kilometres, and sometimes even globally.



On this map, nitrogen oxide emissions per km² across all sectors are higher in urban areas due to traffic density, as well as in municipalities crossed by major roads such as motorways or with industrial sites. A per capita representation would not be appropriate with the current ‘source’ inventory methodology, since emissions are generated in a municipality by all vehicles passing through it.



The static map in PDF format is available at a scale of 500m. The data is accessible as open data only at the scale of EPCI, Kreis and Cantons.

Diese Karte wurde im Rahmen des Interreg-Projekts Oberrhein Atmo-Rhena PLUS erstellt und stellt die Stickoxidemissionen pro km² über alle Sektoren am Oberrheingebiet dar.



Die Begrenzung der Luftschadstoffemissionen ist der wichtigste Hebel, um die Schadstoffkonzentrationen in der Atmosphäre zu verringern. Mit der grenzüberschreitenden Erhebung der Luftschadstoffemissionen lassen sich die Beiträge der verschiedenen Quellengruppen und Energieerzeugungsarten zu den verschiedenen Luftschadstoffemissionen im Oberrheingebiet ermitteln und somit Maßnahmen zur Verringerung der Schadstoffkonzentrationen in der Atmosphäre festlegen. Als Luftschadstoffe werden gasförmige Verbindungen oder Partikel bezeichnet, die die Luftqualität negativ beeinflussen und die menschliche Gesundheit sowie die Umwelt schädigen. Die negativen Auswirkungen der Luftschadstoffe begrenzen sich nicht nur auf den Umkreis der Emissionen, sondern können in der Atmosphäre über hunderte Kilometer transportiert werden, manchmal sogar über den gesamten Globus.



Die NOX-Emissionen pro km² über alle Sektoren sind in Ballungsräumen aufgrund der Verkehrsdichte sowie in Gemeinden, die von Hauptverkehrsstraßen (wie beispielsweise Autobahnen) durchquert werden und in denen eine ausgeprägte Industrietätigkeit vorliegt höher als in anderen Gebieten. Eine Pro-Kopf-Darstellung ist mit der gegenwärtigen "Quellen"-Erhebungsmethode nicht angemessen, da es aufgrund der Verteilung der Emissionen pro Fläche zu unvermeidlichen und nicht aussagekräftigen Verzerrungen kommt (insbesondere bei kleineren Gemeinden mit einem Autobahnabschnitt).



Die statische Karte im PDF-Format ist im Maßstab 500 m verfügbar. Die Daten sind als Open Data nur im Maßstab der EPCI, Kreise und Kantone zugänglich.
